Atlantech Online, Inc. - "spam with unsubscribe links is not spam, go
unsubscribe".
Guess what, Atlantech Online? Spam is Unsolicited Bulk/Commercial Email, and
it doesn't matter if it includes unsubscribe links, contact phones, spammers'
addresses, or their girlfriends' teets sizes! And it also doesn't matter if
somebody suddenly comes with a legislation that permits spam. It IS forbidden
here, so is the access from those ISPs who help spammers to stay connected.
It means YUU, Atlantech Online, Inc.

Atlantech.net refuses to terminate their spammers and requires
you to unsubscribe from the spammer's spam list, as proven from their
response below (after ignoring previous reports from everyone).
Atlantech also claims that if the spammer includes a remove
address in their spam, then it isn't spam at all! I have included
this email from them below too. Unbelievable what spam hosts say!
It is time to take action against this spam host. Please help
if you can. Thanks.
This is a public posting account (I get enough spam already), please
post responses.

xxx,
We are not ignoring your complaints, and we are in fact in the process of contac
ting the individual responsible for the email. That said, if an email or newslet
ter or what have you contains a working unsubscribe link as this one does, even
if it is unsolicited, is not considered SPAM.
Simply unsubscribing from the newsletter should solve the problem. Again, our ap
ologies; we are doing everything we can to resolve the issue.
