You have continually been blacklisting IP blocks, not just IP's that are no longer in use or have been reallocated to new provisioned customers. You are affecting revenue for Sprint Canada. Although I find your service one that could be valuable your are proceeding dangerously. Instead of blacklisting a whole block of IP's you should be blacklisting individual IP's. I advise someone at Spews to contact me ASAP to discuss this matter.
