Here There and Everywhere and Zoran Jovicic's other claim to fame
is their unsubstantiated allegations to the ACCC against Dataline
Networks.
Mr Russell, the CEO of Dataline Networks said: "Zoran's services
were terminated by Dataline for serious breaches of his agreement
including selling Dataline services utilizing multilevel marketing
scams and demanding outrageous amounts as bonds and refusing to refund
people, particularly targeting foreign Chinese students."
 Jovici is also well known in spamming circles. An example of some of his blatant spamming activities which are interesting reading

The company JR lost the law suite too, namely Here, There and
Everywhere NEVER was a MLM business. It was just one of many companies
used for various purposes the same as Here There and Everywhere (aust)
Pty Ltd.
Austrasoft, Austrasoft (NSW) Pty Ltd, Bondcoin and variuous others.
The Multi Level systems such as BestMLA.net, RBRE.com.au,
Globalws.net, ads4profit.net, moneymagic.com.au, and a few others are
separate entities and have no connection with HT&E Pty.Ltd.
Australink itself was and is a business name and a website for
ISP business only and it is now in tandem with Austrasoft (NSW)
Pty.ltd.
Yes, a real news JR, reall news this one was.
Oh, one more "little ommission"
Jian Huang is My wife, her name is Karen Jovicic and she is a
mother of my three kids, YueYan 4.5 years, Daniel 2.5 years and Vesna 7
months...

have you read all the OTHER ISP FORUMS too or do you just
pick on Veridas? Almost every ISP has having speed issues
of some sort. Several ISP's reported problems in QLD
yesterday. There is even a thread about slow speeds with
Internode in NSW & VIC that affected a lot of users. You
and your mate ought to look at the bigger picture. What I
can tell you is that my Veridas connection here has been
great and my ISP hasn't received any complaints from any
ADSL users in the past few days. Complaints about Veridas
seem to be very isolated cases - can't say the same for
other ISP's.

to time, but you dont see those ISPs having a website like
this one and picking to bits their wrong doing...Correct me

Im glad your veridas connection is running smooth and as
I'm in QLD also with ISDN..not dialup as you claim I am on,
I also experience those problems that every other
Queenslander faces as well.
You have a look at the front page of this website...the
only decent stories are ones are given the smallest amount
of space so the nit-picking stories can grab the most
attention..If this website was serious about news that
effect this industry, wouldn't you think it would get the
fair share of space? Common sense?? Hmmm

he went to court over it and was still fighting over it 4 years later!
It was around this time that he also became fast freinds with the
owners of @Tech who were also pissing and moaning about loss of
business that affected a similar number of customers (although most of
them were ADSL customers) There are also other similarities - both
companies lost court cases and both of them will soon be extinct, if
not already.

It seems that Whirlpool bullyboy and Telstra hater Simon Wright, has
