At the moment, all actions that we could do are already done - Spammer is not anymore in our network; - My juridical staff is warning about our AUP to improve it; - Comercial staff is alerted to avoid this kind of customer (spammer); - We improved our internal procedure to solve this kind of problem as soon as possible.
